Return Process

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our technical facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
